Argostoli Municipality on the occasion of European Music Day
On the occasion of the European Music Day, which is celebrated on June 21, the Municipality of Argostoli will present a music concert with a foreign and Greek repertoire on Friday, 21/6 at 21:00 in front of the Anti-Periphery building; “Dionysios Lavragas” Philharmonic of Argostoli Municipality with conductor Vassilis Perlikidis.
European Music Day began to be celebrated in Paris in 1982, while in 1985 the institution expanded beyond the borders of France. Athens, the 1985 European Capital of Culture, was the first country outside of France to host the music festival.
